The customer needs a small substation transformer with a capacity of 10.5MVA, a high voltage of 13.8kV, and a low voltage of 2.4kV. It was a replacement project and they were looking for a new transformer supplier they contact Daelim.

10MVA 13.8kV Transformer Drawing Design and Manufacturing

After receiving the advance payment, our engineers start to design the transformer production drawings according to the customer's requirements, complete the drawings within a week and send them to the customer for confirmation. Usually, the options we present to our clients are the most accurate solution for their needs, but as a custom design, we are also willing to make changes according to the client's requirements.

The next step is to coordinate the inspection of raw materials and spare parts and start production, under the daily supervision of the chief engineer and weekly follow-up by our business development team. We send pictures and videos of the 10.5MVA 13.8kV transformer production process to the customers so that they can see the whole process.

The customer requested another third-party inspection company to control the quality control (QC). We conducted a video conference with the customer during the transformer inspection process. During the inspection process, we also made a second test report and video call to show the customer, Afterwards they were very satisfied with our performance and transformer test results.

As many of you know packaging is one of the most important processes in the international trade for transformers as for most of the different types of industries.
