Role:

TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER (Electrical Engineering).

Main objective:

Fulfill customer and production requirements by being responsible for the development of testing and technical services of equipment.

Main responsibilities:

•  Manage after-sales service requirements.
•  Resolve customer inquiries.
•  Address technical requirements for support in bids and tenders.
•  Fulfill technical requirements from production area.

Skills and Competencies:

•  Proficiency in electrical engineering.
•  Knowledge of transformer maintenance, testing, and assembly (preferred).
•  Budget development and management.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Proven leadership abilities.
•  Strategic and innovative mindset.

5+ years of experience
