The 25 kVA transformer with a power rating of 25 kVA, the high voltage of the transformer is 24940GRDY/14400×12470GRDY/7200V, which is a dual high voltage design. Customers can switch between 14.4kV and 7.2kV through a dual voltage switch according to the distribution line. There is a five-position voltage regulating switch on the high-voltage side, which can allow small changes in voltage within ±2 * 2 ½%.
The low voltage is 240/120V. The frequency is 60 Hz. The transformer is equipped with aluminum windings. The primary and secondary potentials in the same magnetic flux are in the same direction and have positive polarity. The transformer has an efficiency value of 98.63% and complies with CAN/CSA 802.1 standards. The impedance value is 1.5%. The high-voltage side has a casing well and an insert with a dust cap. The low-voltage side has three seven-hole spade terminals.
The 25 kVA transformer has bay o net fuse and ELSP fuse to form a double fuse system to protect the transformer from damage in circuit faults. The transformer comes complete with an oil level indicator and a 4-position load break switch, adding to its versatility and ease of maintenance.

Insulation Fluid: The ZGD-H-25/12.47/7.2-24.94/14.4-240/120 transformer uses mineral oil 45#. The boiling point and instant ignition point of mineral oil are not lower than 140°, and it is not flammable. It has good insulation and heat dissipation effect, which not only improves the insulation strength but also protects against moisture erosion. Does not produce PCB and other harmful gases. It is harmless to people. If you need vegetable oil, Daelim can provide two brands of FR3 and RAPO for you to choose from.
