The 4600 kVA transformer features a low-voltage double-split structure, with its capacity divided into two equal parts of 2300 kVA each. These segments can operate independently or simultaneously, each connected to a battery pack separately.

Double-split transformers facilitate electrical isolation between the two inverters, effectively reducing electromagnetic interference and circulating current between the branches. Furthermore, they ensure that the AC outputs of the inverters are filtered individually, resulting in minimal output current harmonics and enhanced power quality.

In the event of a short circuit in one branch, the transformer not only effectively limits the short-circuit current but also maintains the voltage of the other branch at a certain level, thus ensuring uninterrupted user operations.

Hence, it is evident that double-split step-up transformers are the preferred choice for large-scale photovoltaic power generation and energy storage projects.
