Send us a purchase order and we will quickly design the transformer drawings and confirm them with you within 2-4 weeks after receiving the advance payment. Once the plan is confirmed, we will immediately start the production process. Your dedicated customer service representative will send you an order confirmation and answer any questions you have.

Production tracking

Daelim Transformer will generate a unique production tracking code for each of your orders. You can monitor the production progress of your transformer at any time through our customer service system.

Being from Canada, I established contact and began collaborating with Daelim Transformer in March 2019. Initially, I purchased a single-phase Pole Mounted Transformer from them. When I met Daelim Belefic at the 17th Hong Kong Electronics Fair, I kept in touch. Although Zoe Liang has been unremittingly following up on our cooperation, our company has strict supplier audit procedures. From 17 to 19, we did not cooperate. During this period, we will still participate in every Hong Kong Electric Light Show. Zoe has always been an exhibitor, and every time we visit their booth, we will email us politely.

It wasn't until 17 years that the supplier we worked with had problems, and our Christmas goods were told that they could not be delivered. If we cannot deliver on time, we will lose nearly one hundred thousand dollars. As a final option, we tried to talk to Zoe, and finally started the first cooperation of power transformers. Although the first cooperation attempted large orders, we had no choice. Finally, to our surprise, Daelim Belefic is not only superior in price,but also very skilled in quality control.
