Upon receiving the technical parameters, Daelim’s engineers swiftly developed a comprehensive solution within a week, leveraging over a decade of experience in Ecuadorian projects.
Detailed Quotation and Customer Meeting
A detailed quotation encompassing transformer prices, technical data, drawings, and test reports was provided. The customer requested a virtual factory tour and a meeting at the Daelim factory to view equipment and discuss specifics, fostering confidence in our capabilities.
Design and Manufacturing Phase
After confirming the technical solution, our technical team designed the transformer outline according to the customer’s requirements within 1 week and confirmed it with the customer. Designed the production drawings within 2-3 weeks and confirmed them with the customer. Regularly shared updated information (including visual progress reports) to maintain transparency.
Quality Assurance and Testing
Stringent quality tests, including no-load and load loss tests, were conducted to ensure compliance with international standards. A third-party inspection company verified quality control through video conferences, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Packing and Shipping
Following rigorous packing standards, the transformer was shipped to Shanghai port promptly, even during Chinese National Holidays, reflecting Daelim’s commitment to timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
