The 4000 kVA oil immersed transformer uses vegetable oil as the insulating medium that enhances environmental friendliness and ensures excellent insulation performance and extended service life. Safety features include oil level and temperature gauges with alarm and trip contacts. The oil drain valve is also fitted with a locked protective cover to prevent unauthorized access and oil theft.
The transformer installed at one of Western Canada’s finest malting facilities, this transformer from Daelim Transformer provides efficient, safe, and stable power support. It ensures uninterrupted power supply, there by facilitating continuous production capacity at the factory.
All alarm and trip circuits for the 4000 kVA oil-immersed transformer are wired into the marshalling box depicted in the figure below. The fan circuit is also integrated into this system. Additionally, we have allocated several circuits for customer-specific monitoring equipment.
