Transformer Features
With a rating of 750 KVA, this power transformer features a primary voltage of three-phase 27,600V Delta and a secondary voltage of three-phase 480V GrdY/277V. It includes a 5-position tap changer. The high and low-voltage bushings have a side-mounted design with an air terminal chamber. Instruments such as the Oil Temperature Indicator, thermometer, tap changer, and vacuum pressure gauge are installed in the instrument box with five-head bolts.
Copper winding material enhances short-circuit resistance, offering high reliability, mechanical strength, and a compact size compared to aluminum. The transformer features a three-legged core construction and is air-cooled without fans or mounting provisions.

Temperature Rise
Featuring a 65°C temperature rise, this unit reduces heat waste, enhances reliability, and extends lifespan, meeting CSA standard efficiency requirements.
Insulation Fluid
The transformer utilizes FR3 fluid with a capacity of 660 L. Daelim Transformer also offers transformers with mineral oil and other brands of vegetable oil.
FR3 Oil
FR3 oil is vegetable oil, a degradable and environmentally friendly insulating oil. With a fire point greater than 300℃, and with UL certification, such insulating oil makes the transformer safer and has better insulation performance, which can increase the service life of the transformer.
Gauges
The system includes a liquid level indicator, thermometer, pressure relief device, vacuum pressure gauge, and winding temperature indicator gauges with auxiliary contacts for alarm and trip functions. These instruments are in a meter box that is waterproof, sunproof, and dustproof.
Lightning Arresters
Lightning arresters on the primary side provide over-voltage and transient voltage protection against lightning, internal switching, or voltage surges. These lightning arresters are designed to intercept and divert excessive voltage spikes away from the primary winding of the transformer, thereby preventing them from reaching sensitive electrical equipment connected to the system. By effectively dissipating the energy generated by lightning strikes or voltage surges, the arresters ensure the protection and integrity of the transformer and associated components.
Valves
Complete with essential features for optimal operation, including a pressure relief valve to release excess pressure, a fill valve for maintaining proper fluid levels, a drain valve equipped with a sampler port for easy fluid sampling, and a nitrogen blanket featuring a purge valve to ensure a controlled atmosphere within the transformer.
