Daelim transformers have a maximum voltage of 34.5kV, with winding temperatures kept below 65°C, hottest-spot winding temperatures under 80°C and oil top temperatures under 65°C. Losses in no load and on load conditions are dependent on the transformer's capacity, with a tolerance of ±10% for single loss and ±6% for total loss.

 

Daelim offers both mineral oil and vegetable oil cooling options and uses an A(105°C) insulation system. Customers can choose from aluminum or copper winding materials and silicon or stainless steel core materials. The tank color is customizable, and Daelim only uses PCB-free oils. Daelim specializes in pad mounted transfpad mounted transformerormers that adhere to ANSI/IEEE, and CSA standards with UL/cUL certificates, and are widely used by renowned companies such as EATON, SOLOMON, and AMAZON. Daelim pad mounted transformers are available in single phase and three phase options, and are UL and cUL listed for quality assurance.

 

The specification of Daelim pad-mounted transformers includes the following details: supplier (Beijing Daelim), model (ZGD/ZGS H or Z with added capacity, primary and secondary voltage), where H denotes loop feed and Z signifies radial feed, country of origin (CHINA), standard manufacturing and testing (IEEE/CSA), type (loop type and radial type), and installation (outdoor). Altitude above sea level and ambient temperature is specified as 1000m and 50°C respectively, with a maximum altitude of 1500m.

Rated power, high and low voltage are customized based on customer requirements, and frequency varies depending on the country of installation (50Hz or 60Hz). Cooling system options include oil type with choices of mineral oil or vegetable oil, and customers can also request a cooling fan. Customers can choose the material and color of the tank, with options of silicon steel or stainless steel for material, and ANSI gray or Munsell green for color. Dimensions and weight of the transformers depend on the capacities, with larger capacities generally resulting in bigger size and heavier weight for the same type of transformer.
